I don't often leave google reviews, but the folks at Pothier's deserve credit for the way they do business. It's well worth traveling outside HRM to deal with Pothier's, whether it's sales or service. I've never been up-sold on unnecessary items, have always been treated with respect, and my vehicle is returned in the same clean condition is was dropped off in. Kudos to the ladies and gents here for making sure customers are treated properly, in a world where most dealerships feel as though they're doing you a favor by letting you walk through their doors.

I'm taking this opportunity to say a few words regarding our recent purchase at Pothier Motors, a family owned business in Falmouth Nikki was our product advisor. She was quality from the start to finish. John, who was working late weekly to 8 PM. He came down to see us and made sure we were happy with the purchase. He had approved all the work that was done. We purchased an undercoating and a warranty and Jamie was great and Got us a great deal. Nikki stayed with us till finish and she took the time to answer a few more questions and to show some of the features in the vehicle In closing, I would say thank you to Jamie, Sheryl Julie and it was very nice to meet you. We had a great experience dealing with Pothier on the purchase of our 2025 Jeep Willys. Brett was absolutely great to deal with. From the 1st phone call to inquire to the pick up everything was smooth and no run around. Quick and easy. Great deal and a fair trade value. He even met us half way as we are from out of province.
